Returns Policy

1. What is your Returns policy?
You can request for a return on your item purchased with us within 14 days upon your order confirmation. All you need to is to click the “contact us” tab and fill in the form and customer representative will get back to you within 3 working days.

Items returned must be in their original condition with tags intact and without having been worn.

All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, undamaged with the labels attached to it. Requests for returns for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

2. I've changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?
Should you like to cancel your pre-paid order before it is ready to be shipped, you will be refunded fully. However, if your order has already been processed, you would have to send us a return request by clicking on the "contact us" tab. 

The initial handling and shipping charges incurred in ordering the item(s) being returned is non-refundable (unless otherwise stated).

3. Do I have to pay for shipping when I return my parcel?
We recommend sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method using the original packaging in which it was received. 360shoes.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise, so please be sure to package them up well to prevent any damage or lost shoes during shipping.

4. How will I be refunded?
You will receive your refund via the original payment mode.

5. How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
We require you to allow us at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although 360shoes will refund you your purchase price within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Service team to check on the status of our refund.

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
